Small adjustment to CSS in 1.1 and 1.2

Versions 1.1 and 1.2 have undergone a minor facial improvement. Previously, the spacing between Elements on new lines was identical to spacing between every line. Now, the spacing is slightly greater between Elements that start on new lines to make reading the comments easier. I also modified the default Display List to take advantage of this update; Comment Previews now start on a new line after the Author Name instead of continuing on the same line.
